A token-efficiency toolkit for AI coding agents that trims both ends of the loop: a deterministic compactor cuts ~83% of test, install and build noise before the model reads it, keeping 100% of the signal, and an always-on rule cuts output ~49% at the same quality. One-line install as a Claude Code plugin or via CLI for Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf and Cline.
